Order Deadline

-Orders must be received by 12:00 pm EST to assure
a same day delivery.
-We do not deliver on Sunday. Any order requested for Sunday delivery will be delivered the following business day.

-Please be assured that we will do everything in our power to express the feelings attached to your bouquet.

Delivery

-We personally deliver to all area Hospitals and Funeral Homes in the Greater Grand Rapids Area, along with Suburbs such as: Walker, Comstock Park, Sparta, Belmont, Rockford, Marne, Coopersville, Grandville, Kentwood.

-If you do not see your area, Call us!
-We charge a local delivery fee of $8.00.
-Wire orders are charged a delivery fee along with an additional
$5.95 service charge.

Deliveries Out of Area

-We are a member of FTD wire service and have the ability to send orders inside the United States and all over the world.

-Any order placed for delivery outside of our delivery area will be charged a delivery charge plus an additional 5.95 service fee.

-International orders cannot be placed on this website. Please contact us personally to place these orders.

Substitution Policy

-Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or colors may be necessary to create your bouquet, due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country.

-We take care to maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value.

-Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to the availability, especially during major holidays. In single flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
